newbie at building a pc...help?

A lot of kids at my school do Co-op (getting credit for doing actual work and getting paid). So they work like 5-6 hours a day or whatever and make quite a lot of money. Of course they don't spend much time on homework though.
 
dont thnik we have that here in cali never heard of it... hows it work? im gonna be lifeguarding this summer pays 8.00 an hour so not bad for sitting on your butt want to make like $3000 probly make about $1500
 
meh take a look at thermaltake's cases

btw i have that psu and the 120mm bottom fan pushes out a lot of air
 
isnt puching out air good?
and ill be 16 in 2 days lol.
so im on the same page.
ive saved up about $900 and i will be able to get a loan r 2 to get the extra money needed.

and this is the system, and im pretty sure its complete.

You have the wrong 6600 gt for that motherboard. Your graphics card needs to be PCI-Express, not AGP. Though I still recommend you get the x800 xl.
Other than that everything looks good and spiffy. Should be a shweet system. :p
 
plug it where it fits
touch case before any components
dont wear socks
find a help guide
use thermal paste
configure master slave stuff
and thats about all there is to it
