Some AGP cards can work, the chipset was designed for PCI express video
cards, however to support the market that has a majority of the AGP
cards, they implemented what is called a XGP slot, it can support most
of the latest AGP cards, just not the older ones. Check with you video
card manufacturer to see if it can be used on a XGP slot.

I wonder if it would let you use both? I doubt it, but I wonder?
If it is so hard just to get SLI working with two IDENTICAL cards then how difficult would it be to get two different cards using two completely different interfaces working in tandem? :p

I know alot of people who use AGP + PCI or PCI + PCI-E

All em DJ's I know that also produce and dont have mac's have dual monitors.

Exactly, Chris. It would be neat if it could be done, and I'm sure someone will come out with it eventually.

As trotter said, "http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=p4tgv-r

Different board, but still Biostar. The page has a list of AGP cards near the bottom."
