HP problem

i have a HP ALL in one HP 1315 4 months ago...the problem is
when i try to print some image (jpeg, bmp...whatever) since MSword,excel or another program, the printer doesnt works!!!...this process consume about 25% (and rises) of system resourses!!...i look up the printer Icon (i cancell all the documents...well to access this option ..it take me about 2 min-3min..ITS REally slow!!)...
somebody told me about the HEAVY of this document/file...but it almost 0.5mb of size....
i dont know what to do!??!....
ive to restar my pc (from de pc case button!!)...

is it designed for xp? In other words, is it for MAC only? Is your software updated? Cables tight in the computer? Try to reinstall your HP driver and update it. Also, check your ink levels and make sure paper is in the printer.

I checked all these things...
cable, ink level, the software is updated, i reinstalled the drivers, ..
this hp printer is designed 4 win n mac.....
i have winxp sp2...

Im having this same problem... my opinion.. the printer sucks.. it already ran out of ink and i printed like 7 pages... soooo get ready to buy ink if you ever to get it to work... ALSO once you DO get it to work... it starts grabbing like 4 pages at a time and not printing anything...
