Computer Freezes

I have bought 3 new PCCHIPS motherboards with AMD Sempron 2800 processors. On two I am having freezing problems, which the 2 have D-Link Wireless G cards and the other is wired directly to the Netgear Wireless router. The one that is wired has not freezed up, but the other two have. It could be while on the internet or just installing programs. I emailed the motherboard's tech support and they saod it could be the memory or re-install the OS. I did that all, and it still freezes. Right now I am connecting one more computer to the wireless router and deactivate the wireless card. If there is anything else, could someone give me a hand.

if i turn off my router and still have my wireless G card on and then disconnect the wireless internet, the computer freezes and restarts, so that might be a problem
