MY C drive is getting to be less than the recommended 200mb, and I need to move programs to another partition. Can I just click and drag? To another partition?

No you cannot just move the programs because this causes errors in the registry, i believe a program like partition magic 8 or similar can move data, or allocate more space to a drive safetly.

well if you initially install to the other partition it should be ok, the registry files and stuff will point to the other partition if you do.
Dragging and dropping will not work

if i rem correctly, you can map other partitions to ur existing partition if you are using XP.

Well, You might be able to shortcut every file to the new drive. The the registry would look to the default path for the files and it would bounce them to the new drive. Don't know if that would work, but it makes sence.

Why not leave the program files there, and move the non-program files to another drive?
