If a Graphics card come with HDTV out functionality what does this mena? Will it be able to function as a tv tuner and capture card or what functions does it have?
HDTV out basicaly lets you connect your PC to your TV and use your TV as your VDU ... not really much point to this unless your monitor is a 15" CRT screen and your TV is a 37" Plasma screen.
