Aspire PSU

Does this PSU look worthy?
500W should be enough to power all my stuff.

The specs are: 3.3v/28A 5v/30A 12v/34A

watch out, by posting this you are prone being attacked by people obsessed with top of the line PSU, telling you to ditch that and pay another 50-70 bucks to get a good antec or thermaltake........but personally, i would think that would be an ok psu, although i dont know much about them.....its 500 watts and 12v, so it has to be at least decent.....i think a few people will tell you that its worth paying more for a better psu, and that cheap a psu will give you a lot of trouble....notice my answer is mainly on what i think people will be saying lol........
