also would a heater core or a rad be best? im getting a dual 120mm version of either but the price is only a dollar differance is there any cooling differance?

also do you think i would need hd coolers?
Nah will just add more heat into the water.

I can't download that link. Once I clink on it, it links to some tripod info and doesn't go to the zip file.

A heatercore is different than a radiator and the heatercore will be better at cooling. They are a bit thicker also so I'd suggest getting a 120x38mm fan and not a 25mm thick fan for extra Umph.

www.dangerden.com has all their own parts there and it might turn out to be cheaper opposed to voyeurmods or frozencpu

TDX = $52
MAZE4(x2) = $100
MCP650 Pump = $75
Weapon Core = approx $75
Total = $302

Then like I said you'd need tubing, clamps, all that kind of crap, and if you get some BGA RAMsinks that'll bring it up to about $350

I'd get a brass topped MAZE4 and TDX block or RBX whatever you're going with, simply for longer lasting blocks. Some some the acetal won't crack, but the brass looks sweet (unless you just REALLY want to see the water flowing or something) but the brass looks good and will last longer.

Also the TDX and RBX type blocks are called 'Impingement'. They are called this because under the inlet barb is a little piece of acrylic that has different shapes in it...this make the water shoot out in that shape. It's like...instead of having water flowing regularly out of a water hose you put your thumb over the end..This causes the water to flow with higher pressure and more turbulance...which basically means every molecule of water is grabbing heat instead of water simply rolling over the hot spot in which technically only the outside edge of the water carries the heat.

The best nozzle to use from dangerden is the #4 nozzle. It's a little slit in the piece of acrylic. The #5 is a bunch of holes but is more prone to clogging.

Oh yeah BTW, if $200 is your limit for a PSU I'd suggest this one:

Also another good one for about $10 more.

There's a pretty dang good one for just $150

It's cheaper because it only has a combined 23a for the +12v rail, should still be able to more than power your system though
