Which RAM to use, Ultra vs OCZ

Here are two RAMs that I've choosen to upgrade.
I'm still in progress of deciding

Ultra DDR400 512x2 Dual Channel

OCZ is a bit more expensive than Ultra (by like 20-30 dollars)

Which one should I buy?

IMO OCZ would be the better buy because we all know the name for 1 and for 2 they are a really good company. THe quality is great and i have no problmes w/ them. WHereas the ULTRA ram is concerned hmmmm iono bout that. But ocz is relaly good and this is coming from a corsair fan! its your choice really.

I have Ultra value ram and it's good ram, and runs at PC3500 \ 3600 speeds nicely

However, 200$ seems expensive for a gig of Ultra ram with those loose timings. Those timings are nothing special.

Very cheap and can be overclocked quite nicely if you can put enough volts into them. Meaning generally over +3v

It's "Value RAM" to be precise. They are a respected OC'ing company and are speculated to be using brainpower PCB with BH-5 chips...they can handle like 3.5v+ and beyond if you keep a good fan over them.

Thats more like a diamond in the rough more than it is just crappy valueRAM, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it

No, those are not overpriced, the dollars are in Canadian
Thanks for your contribution guys but Newegg doesn't ship to Canada

So, any suggestions between those two?
I've got 1 Ultra and 1 OCZ, can anyone give me an opinion that would finalize my mind?
