big problem

ok well scratch what i said before, it must not have been the memmory, it started doing the same thing even with the memmory from the downstairs computer. just before i posted this i started it again and the screen just turned a bright white and stayed that way till i turned it off. im thinking its my video card , any way to be sure of this?

Have you tried the video card in the downstairs computer to see if it has the same effects?

yeah i tried that and it works fine, so its not the video card, only other things it could be is the ram or the processor, and the ram works fine in this computer, havnt tried the processor, dont wanna go through that hassel if i dont have too
