Hey. On system it shows my CPU to be running 902Mhz and CPU-Z also tells me this.

What is that roughly..as in Ghz . It is an AMD Sempron 2200, so i assumed it was a 2.2Ghz, but im not so sure any more.

The 2200 means that the system performs roughly the same as a Pentium at 2.2 Ghz. The AMD has a lower speed, but in each cycle it "does more work". Therefore it performs like the 2.2Ghz Pentium, but has a lower clock speed.

multiplier * FSB = clock speed

You should enter the BIOS on startup by pressing DEL or F1-F12 and tell me your FSB and multiplier settings.

On BIOS it says my Actual Frequency is 100Mhz
And the CPU Host Frequency is set to Jumpers, it can be changed Manual

You should increase the fequency to 200MHz. Your current multiplier is 9 so 9 * 100 = 900MHz and 9 * 200 = 1800Mhz. Before you change anything, what is your RAM speed? DDR333 or DDR400?
