small screen on tower

Today I was searching harware and I got this lame pop up that said "You could win this." But the image loaded and it was bad ass computer with a little 5 inch screen rite below the drive bays on the tower. Anyone know what im talkin about where do i find this thing?

i have seen that computer acually, someone linked to it in one of the posts here on the baord before.

basiclly the dispay, as Microbell said, it displays System stats, like temperature and what not. Seems pretty cool to have. kinda takes up a bit of space on the front of yor case though.
