Scratch the Asus board, go with a DFI Lanparty nForce4 U2 SLI board, or just an Ultra board if you don't need SLI. Asus aren't as good as they used to be and are kinda overpriced now, plus you'd need to flash a new BIOS right away for it to work with the 90nm core you've picked.

Also, people here have had rather negative feedback about the x800 Pro. The x800XL will offer you a lot more performance for the dollar, it's a bit more expensive but it's a really good 16 pipeline card, especially for it's price.

Apart from that, you are good to go.

will my ram fit into it and will my original graphics card fit in that mother board and will the one you reccomended fit in the motherboard you reccomended?

switch the asus mobo for the DFI SLI one and get an eVGA 6600gt instead, also i'd reccomend getting a 120 or 160 gb hard drive and getting a gig from corsair instead... sooo...

the 6600gt? definately. best bang for buck out at the monment, and only 179 vs that 281 monster u had up there, the pros aren't even that great, i'd actually reccomend getting a vanilla 6800 if you wanted a lil more pep, since the gts cost 400 but i dont think vanilla 6800 come in pci-e :/
