Okay, a bit more expensive than what u wanted to spend, but also a helluva better system. I didnt include floppy drive, monitor, speakers, and keyboard/mous, cuz i assumed u already have those. However, this would be a very nice system that would definitly play CS: Source at highers settings. Much better than the PC you listed above.
