kay so this is my cpu and ram info. the ram is underclocked to match the cpu. i'm guessin i need to boos the fsb on the cpu up to 266 to get the full potential from the ram?

Yup, of course if you got your FSB to 266 you'd be running 4.522GHz Pretty sure you won't get it that high lol

oh...hehehe nvm...thought that was a 3 instead of a 4...grr...any way i can get it up high? i'm sure the multiplier is locked so yeah.

lol yeah you're only hope is to get some liquid nitrogen or a phase change kit

Phase change = Approx $800 incase you weren't aware

Frozen CPU generally has high prices though. Lazerman had a link for a prometia phase change unit that was like $650
