uninstalling a mobo driver

alright, i finally got my computer to work. but now, i need to uninstall my old mobo driver (soyo kt-600 dragon plus v1.0) in order to get the new one installed.

how do i go about doing this

Usually, motherboards are accompanied chipset drivers, all in one package. They can come on discs or downloadable online. You might want to try looking for drivers related to your chipset manufacturer.

For example, I have an nvidia chipset so I go to change nvidia drivers, and uninstall specific chipset drivers. If you have a via chipset, you may want to try looking for via chipset drivers in add or remove.

Drivers may be seperated, though, so you may have to look for drivers specific to a device on your PC.
