Omega drivers issues

ok i got the ati version of the omega drivers and i get this error "Out of Range" when i restart/start my pc. my specs are below. i researched the error and some people will just get it out of the blue and people says it has something to do with your moniters frequency settings but i messed with it and nothing seems to work. but its only when i start for the first few times (i have to keep restarting and restarting until it gets to my windows login screen. its very annoying but these omega drivers perform much better than catalyst drivers. i am open to suggestions cuase this really sucks. also my OC doesn't make a difference cuase ive tried with defualt clock speeds. (that includes my CPU)

try starting in safe mode and setting the resolution to your normal resoulution.

it is my normal resolution (1280 X 1024) anything else?

go into safe mode and uninstall the drivers
