with my heatsink fan because it is freakishly loud and when I mean loud it is like somone going ahh at the doctors actually a tid bit louder. anyone know how many dbs that is by the way?

What exactly is your question? No one can tell you dbs of noise it produces based on a description online mate. Read the specifications, it should tell you.

You can buy a fan controller if noise becomes an issue, or you can simply mod one by using a resistor.

Try cleaning out the fan, Mine started making a loud noise once, it turned out a loose wire from my PSU had been knocked into the fan and was getting slightly cut up in the rotating blade. Luckily I found it quickly before anything got an overdose of electricity.

The motor in the fan might be dying. I'd replace it before it fails and the processor overheats.
