computer is not registering cdrom drive on toshiba satellite a75-s2762 laptop. not showing up in disc management or my computer or hardware properties. drive spins and reads, but no signs in windows. there is an error that says pxhelp20 driver is screwing with the cdrom drive. did a restore and no help. removed pxhelp20 from registry still had no effect.
