soltek mobos arent really that great. you should consider asus,abit, or dfi.

Rather try and get the MSI KN8 Neo2 or the Asus AV8. They over much better performace over the soltek.

it looks like it would be fine, but i suggest going with asus or gigabyte and a PCI-Express slot, AGP is becomming outdated
