Sempron upgrade

I am building a sempron comp (comp on the side for gaming and stuff) I am in the process of getting the mobo and processor.



here is what i am considering...

Motherboards
gigabyte "GA-K8VM800M" VIA K8M800
msi "K8MM-ILSR" K8M800
msi "K8M Neo-V" K8M800
asus "K85-MX" SiS 760GX

Processor

either the 2800+ or the 3100+ (0.09 micron)

which mobo and which processor?

also, what is the difference between atx and microatx? is one better? will atx hold microatx (vice-versa)?

semprons are no good get an xp mobile and oc it. or get a 64 cos a 2800 is cheap now

i wouold go with the msi "K8M Neo-V" K8M800 but and the 3100 but if ur planning on gaming screw those and get a good cpu and motherboard like msi neo4 platnium and the athlon 64 3000+(atleast) but if you have a few extra bucks go with the 3200+

i reakon if you were to get the 64 3000 and oc it a bit with a neo2platinum or an ABIT AN8 then you would be a lot better off
