another question i know overclaokign is for games.

Will any toher part suffer like multiedia video encoding dvd burning and such also

using progrma like Fruity Loop will this suffer?

anybody has experience with this?

Overclocking isn't just for games, it will increase performance for everything really. No programs will suffer, everything will go faster.

I ahev that mobo. Put in the driver CD and install Easy Tune 5. This will display your temperatures and voltages for reference in windows. however I would not recommend overclocking with this utility, just use it for temp monitoring. Save overclocking for the BIOS. Also make sure your BIOS is version F2. Should say something like GA-K8NF-9 F2 when it loads up.
