I have never had any problems with any of the above mentioned Hard Drives. 3 manuf. to choose from so all I can say is watch out for rebates and warranty!

Oh yea....get 8MB of cache and a speed of 7200rpm!
Don't settle for 2MB :(

I am a Western Digital fan, and I find that the cheapest prices are usaully at newegg.com.

www.newegg.com i have a seagate 80gb 7,200 rpm drive. barracuda. it's super fast, really really quiet, and have never had a problem with it. it's also shiny...love the shiny. it was 75 dollars with shipping included from newegg

western digital are number 1 quality maker, but there prices are retardely high.
