Windows Radio (Comm's)

Hello, I was wondering if their is any Radio Communications that can be downloaded for the PC, IE Radio Scanner, Transceiver's etc
I will leave this post on for a while, so that maybe someone could help.

you need the hardware first. There are, but the hardware for it is not very cheap...
I'm assuming your talking about CB radio

As a radio ham, I can tell you that the hardware is going to cost about the same as a regular transciever/reciever. It's pretty expensive.
