Ati aiw 9600 fan question?

I have an ati all in wonder 9600 and the fan is making more noise than I like. I was wondering if the fan could be replaced or should be replaced? Should I contact ati because it is still under warranty or are there quieter and better fans out there to replace it with?

I have an annoying, loud 120MM fan, so I can't here mine, mask it with something else that is even more annoying!!!

Thanks, that's exactly what I want. Even more noise. It would be almost silent if it wasn't for this little tiny fan.
