I go through power supplies/cpu fans like water because of a dusty office work environment that I don't have much control over. I've looked into case filtering systems but can't seem to find a case for less than $100 with this kind of setup. Does anyone have any inexpensive solutions to this that work?

Also, for quite some time I've been using AT power supplies On a recent trip to the computer store to replace yet another supply, I noticed that ATs are getting very very scarce. I took a look at the manual for my board (DFI K6BV3+B) and notice that there's an outlet for an ATX 20 pin plug. I won't be able to use the power button in the front of my console, but besides that, I should be able to switch to an ATX supply, right? Is there anything else I need to do to make sure the ATX supply I buy is compatible with my board?

just put a mesh filter over the intake of the powersupply. and yes you mobo should be compatible with the atx psu.
