This is the best value which has all of those features: BIOSTAR "M7NCG 400" nForce2 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-138-234&depa=1 I would also suggest an XP2500+ (or any barton core CPU) processor and 512MB kingston/ crucial pc3200.
