In CPU-Z click on the memory tab. Tell us from there what kind of memory you have.

That RAM is PC2100 DDR266. This will be the kind of RAM you should use.

I would recommend 512MB, although you could get away with 256MB.

how much of a diffrence is this upgarde is going to make ?

Ya, the motherboard has 2 slots for RAM. To go from 128MB RAM to 512MB RAM is going to make a huge difference. You will be able to see the difference a lot!
