I'm not positive I have bad RAM but I rebuilt my computer and noticed a few problems. I didn't put back in my floppy drive so if the programs out there are required to boot I would need one that would work with a bootable cd. Anyways sometimes during Counterstrike or Halflife2 my game will just crash and I get some kinda memory error. I been trying to get Sims Online to work and it just completely freezes while loading. Someone said it could be my memory latency but i'm not sure how to check that, is this signs of bad memory?

Does your system start to beep in any manner or are you given an error message like "virtual memory dump" ?

google up the name 'memtest86+' it will diagnose the memory...and lucky for you it infact can be put on a CD and booted from there ;)
