Cpu Cooling

I am looking in to buying a new cpu heat sink, I am currently running the cpu stock.

Looking for the best heat sink, price/noise doesn't matter, just a standard heat sink not water cooled.

Looking into over clocking in the future. Don't really know what temp range i need to be in for ocing, any input would be appreciated.

dose it run cool enough for over clocking?

all i really know about over clocking is that you need to keep the temp down.

as5= arctic silver 5, it's a thermal paste and it'll bring temps down but only buy a little...like 1-2 c drop. post in the oc cooling and case mod section.

That heatsink is ok majistic but it is only 80mm so it is louder and has less airflow than the 120mm. But maybe that's just me, I like everything BIG.
