Questions: AEROCOOL GATEWATCH

I'd like to pick one of these up from newegg.com this week. I was wondering if anyone as installed one or has one install , and could tell me a little bit about it.

I have 2 (5.25) slots available in my case & an extra MOLEX connector.

I was reading the manual online to find out how it's installed.
It has four thermal sensors that you apply, 1 to the inside of the case, 1 to the CPU heatsink, 1 to the VGA heatsink, 1 to the HDD.
Then it says to plug the system fan into one of its connectors and plug the other connector into the CPU fan connector. I'm assuming that you unplug the system fan and the CPU fan from the motherboard and plug them into this controllers connectors. Is that right?

Anyway, are these things any good? Worth $55

It looks like an intresting fan bay controler. Personaly I dont like how it takes up two 5.25" bays. I would cut a hole out for it in the top of the case. But if it works for you go for it. It is pricey for fan bay controlers. But if thats what you want, its a good product, go for it.
