thatll work for cds and dvds. I actually have the 4160B (as compared to 4161B), and it burns cds and dvds quite well

You cant overclock a 6600GT to Ultra speeds because their is no 6600Ultra.
 
Why are people suggesting PCI-E video cards? For one, the motherboard suggested has no PCI-E port. Secondly, a PCI-E port would require at least an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ CPU, which would in turn require a more expensive motherboard. If he's building a comp for $1000, I think we should stick to AGP cards only.
 
dj chris...that's i why i said nvm because i was thinking about the 6800...go back and reread.
