If you have an equal amout of fans for intake as exaust, your dust problems wouldnt be as bad, but if you have more exaust, you will get dust in your case due to spaces in your case or front drives or anything else. If you have more intake than exaust, then all the dust wont move out.

This is what I have found when playing around with my case.
