Surrounding box around icon's font

On my desktop there is a black box surrounding the font under an icon, it never used to be there and i forgot how to change it.

There are some visual settings there, I dunno how its called in the English Windows version.

You should be able to find it.

i can help here its called "use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" so make sure that its ticked
