Which motherboard out of these is best in performance (including OC):
MSI Neo4 Plantium, Asus A8N SLI, Grandmars Lanparty NF4 SLI-D, Abit AN8

I think a gigabyte board marginally won a big benchmark, but they all win in some and loose in others

DFI however, once you start overclocking, nothing comes close. The results are close enough, it's nothing that a few mhz compensate for

I love my board, i'd highly recommend it over the a8n-sli..

Don't have DFI here... and don't really like Gigabyte (for some weird reason and don't get angry at me for it ^_^)

i would choose the Abit AN8, or the Asus A8N-SLi, although the abit is a bit lacking in the voltage changing area, its still a good board, another option is the Asus A8N-SLi, it has good voltage options, unlike the abit, and is a very stable, reliable board. Asus tech support sucks though, so consider that first as well.
