he said he has a locked multyplier. so he cant change any of that and he also has a newcastle.

All AMD multipliers are top locked, and can be lowered. Lowering is how cool and quiet works.

Try using 'Load optimized settings', then start adjusting the HTT and whatnot from there. Perhaps something just got changed out of whack

i had to do alot w/ mine to let me get up in the speeds just play around w/ it.
