I have my Playstation 2 connected to the PC's video card so it can act as a TV. The program I use to display the input onscreen is cyberlink's PowerVCRII running at fullscreen in overlay mode.
The card's default overlay resolution is 320x240 which makes my games look slightly out of focus, so I guess the real question is: How do I change the default overlay resolution to 640x480?
PowerVCRII easily overrides the default resolution over to 640x480 without a problem whenever I hit the "record" button, making an excellent clear fullscreen display.
But I can't expect to be hitting the record button every time I play...If anyone can help, I'd gladly appreciate it.

Here are the PC's specs:
Video Card: ATI RADEON 9200 128MB with latest driver update.
Video input drivers: ATI WDM Rage Theater Video (latest version)
CPU: P4 2.60 GHz HT enabled
1GB RAM
