Somehow my yahoo account got compromised,
Think it may have happened on messenger.

Got a msg, hit the link, and it prompted me for my ID / passord, wich I gave it, them my origianl messenger screen popped a msg say accout has new id or user or something,,,,,,

Then in my alternate email I get a notice saying my password was changed......


Anyhow my password has changed and I can't get a new one
by the yahoo system help because it wants my birthdate info..

Well I must have fat fingered it when I put it in, because it won't accept my Bdate, (the correct one.)

Called yahoo help, and guess what they want the same info or they won't do a thing, won't even let me talk to a supervisor.

So they say I can keep calling back and guessing until I get the right dates.
This seems ridiculous,

Anyone know of a work around...

Sounds like you gave some personal info which you shouldnt have. You might just have to make a new account. Or remember your B-Day...

A new account is no problem, but I have some email I need there.
The Bday is the problem, I must have put an incorrect one in
when I signed up......

I see there are hijack logs here , whats that all about, can that help

Nope, can't help in this situation...you've messed up big time and learned a valuable lesson from it...NEVER, EVER give out your password like that. Liz
