The Asus A6000K uses the 25watt version of the AMD Turion. It is based on the SIS (SIS756) chipset

Acer proposes the Aspire? 5020 to be based on the ATI mobility Express 200 chipset , 512 meg of DDR333 memory, an 80 gig disc? (harddrive) and the ATI X700 GO graphics chipset (128meg). The portable is 15.4" and emports a 802.11b\g wireless module.

yes AMD Turion is 64-BIT also, its low powered versions are 2Watt less than centrino, also they are supporting SSE3, which Centrino doesnt by limited currently to SSE2.
