i dont know if this is the right section for this thread but i was wondering if you could upgrade stuff in your laptop. sorry if this sounds stupid but im a newb. thanks

Yep, you can upgrade the hard drive, memory, CD drive, operating system, and a couple other things.

Yes, but it is not easy, and you usually void your warranty when you open it up (unlike most PCs).

Best bet...if your computer is still under warranty, take it to an authorized dealer for upgrades. If it's not, you take your own chances.

yea dude it is hard all small and stuff and it'll probably void waranty if you have one. Processor you can upgrade to.

you'd rather not open up a laptop unless u know what ur doing. as tortter said, go to an authorized dealer.

unless you have one of the newer pci express notebooks, the only replaceable parts will be the cpu, ram and hd.
