Over clocking an AMD 3000+

I'm waiting on my power supply and hard drives for my build, but I'm planning on taking my 3000+ to 2.6ghz. However I am running with a zalman 7700-cu (probably the largest heatsink on the market) and arctic silver 5. I don't know what your temps would be if you went that high on only stock cooling. The fan would also probably have to be running full power and would make a lot of noise I assume.
My zalman heatsink only makes 20 dba (silent) of noise unless I crank it way up with the fan controller it comes with. In that case it goes up to around 32 dba.

Can't wait to start overclocking this puppy!
I'm so fed up with the heat on my intel that I have it underclocked to 3.1 ghz now. I really should get a 7700-cu for this computer instead of the stock fan.
