Generic host process for Win32 services encountered a problem and needed to close. What is this for??????????????????

yea i have that to, but i just close it.

I found the answer to that. Go to control panel,admin tools,services,wmi performance, disable, stop, apply, ok. No more.

I have had the same problem after hard reboots
