Wireless Roadrunner problem

Me and a friend just got the wireless roadrunner from time warner yesterday, and it was working fine, but now I keep losing the connection and something pops up by the connection icon saying "One or more wireless connections available" Can anyone help me?

Apparently someone else has wireless in your area.

I would probably encrypt in the network and make a special name that is your own and add it to the network list.
