is this compatible with this

PCMCIA Cards are basically PC Cards that comply with the standards outlined by the PCMCIA (a trade association). Since the card is type II and the laptop has a slot II you should be good to go.

Both cards are PC Card Type II. Your Laptop accepts card type II, so they will work.
