Pushed it up to 2450MHz... no screen shots but its running only about 2*C hotter at idle... gonna run a stress test overnight to see how stable.

Are you keeping your RAM at DDR400 or are you OC'ing it as well?

That temp drop was probly because you cleaned out the dust. Good job, my athlon xp 2200 didnt seem so willing to overclock as your cpu.

Hrm, it's impossible for your CPU temp to be lower than your case temp really :/

Is it just me, or do the current temperature sensors seem to break?

I was having problems with stability when I raised it to 2.5ghz so I've rolled it back to 2.4ghz. I also found a space heater and turned of the heater and am using it as a fan, my cpu can get as low at 24*C now, the heatsink is actually cool to the touch.

I haven't overclocked the ram or run 3dmark yet. I will be doing try them tonight. Prime95 ran for 10 hours no errors last night so I think I've stabilized it.
