here is how to find out how much power you need for your system. you just need to add it up depending how high end or low end your hardware is.

Motherboard | 15-40
Low-High end CPU | 20-100
Ram | 7 per 128MB
PCI add-in card | 5
Low-High end Video Card | 20-100
IDE/SATA HDD | 10-30
OPTICAL DRIVES | 10-25
