Absolutely Nothing

Got a PC here. The CPU fan needed to be replaced. I replaced the fan, turned on the PC, as it was booting, I got loud beeping noises, kinda sounds like a door bill, *bing, bong*. Turned off the PC, made a few adjustments and turned it back on and the same thing. I turned it off once more, played with it a bit, and now nothing. it won't turn on. I've changed the CPU, and fan, but that didn't do anything, it's still dead. Help

look online for your mobo's beeping list of what each one means figure that out then get back to me.
