there are world record OC's, and world record OC's with stock cooling, buuut considering it's only within the BIOS I doubt it. You'd have to look it up with that specific core, CPU, and the fact it's stock cooling.

Because of the fact someone else may not even be able to do it

Fugger from xtreme hit 7.2GHz but that was only within BIOS, but still it was quite a big deal.
