H ELP PLZ I Have Caught A V I R U S

Ok first off, sorry that this isnt in the proper forum but cant get into the v i r u s one because of the v i r u s. The one i got disables Norton, dosnt allow me to open my emails, prevent me from searching anything v i r us related, or if the word H E L P or V I R U S is show it wont let me open the page, as well as open anything directly related to virus', also wont let me open windows task manager. Im wondering if your guys know of a program that i could use to get rid of this virus? and i think the program will/would have to be discuised, so it doesnt get shut down. Any information will help

You could always reformat your HD, but you prolly got a lot of info that you don't wanna lose...hmmm...

yea i think that is the best way, you should probaly reformat.
i do not think you can download anything because the virus will not let you seach up that kinds of things
