BIOS technically. When you reset the CMOS, it resets the BIOS, which resets the time. BIOS is where you actually set the time though

Yes, BIOS. Well, partially I guess. I don't think when you synchronize your windows time it does the same for your BIOS.

Only one way to find out. Adjust your time in the task bar and then go into your BIOS. Although I'm pretty sure they will coorespond with each other.
